The Problem
Long estabilished North America (NA) luxury consumer product company preparing to enter the global market. Looking to create a presence in the Asian and Europian market leveraging current NA staff and samll regional teams.
Client network infrastructure and ERP application were not suited for a decentralized operation that created a considerable challange to the glabalization strategy.
The lack of in-house technical knowledge was not adaquate to support the selection and implementation of a cloud based infrastructure solution.
Our Solutions
KANSO solicited proposals from selected vendors based on client business requirements and created a new network and application architecture to support the growth strategy.
Providing oversight to the modification and implementation services provided by the vendors allowed the client to focus on their current business. KANSO was also engaged by the client to provide a multi year manage service agreement with on site and virtual support in multiple regions.
